Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Non-returnable items:

• Final sale items
• Personalized products

Refunds:

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3-10 business days.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Return Shipping Costs:

• If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer is responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee will be based on the express company you choose.
• If the goods received are damaged or not correct due to our error, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee.
